The NOKERA modular system has been developed using sustainable timber construction. The individual components are prefabricated, transported to the construction site, and assembled according to the modular principle.

Our planning modules are pre-configured houses with basements that meet the technical requirements for serial timber construction as well as the highest possible level of compatibility with national and local regulations.
Serial construction with the NOKERA modular building kit
The above-ground floors are constructed using timber panel construction around a stairwell core made of reinforced concrete. These form the basis for the process of serial planning and define a completely digitalised model template.
